Quartermaster Technical Inspection and Specifications Center was established in 1957 then in 1969 moved to # 4 Đồn Đất Street Saigon.It was well equipped with Japan and US made testing machines and apparatus for performing the quality control of textiles and equipments used mainly for the Army of the Republic of Viet Nam before April 30 1975.
